Purchasing from Skin Health Studio
Skin Health Studio online shopping gives customers convenient, quick, easy, and secure shopping using PayPal.
Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using a secure online Visa and MasterCard transaction facility via PayPal. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment. Skin Health Studio does not hold onto cardholder information.
Capacity to contract
Orders can only be placed with Skin Health Studio by persons with capacity to contract who are over the age of 18.
Pricing
All prices in the online shop are represented in local currency (NZD for New Zealand). Where applicable local taxes are shown and included in the total price. All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason at any time.
Credit card transactions are processed by PayPal in New Zealand dollars.
Security
We use PayPal for our online transactions. You can view their user agreement here.
Shipping
Please ensure you supply us with your full and correct shipping address. Skin Health Studio will not be responsible for orders that go missing when the customer has incorrectly advised us of their address. Should you enter the wrong address, Skin Health Studio is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Skin Health Studio will only supply orders within New Zealand.
Returns
Skin Health Studio takes every effort to ensure the quality of our products arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order please email us at jemma@woocommerce-250660-2140413.cloudwaysapps.com and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue. Goods will only be accepted for exchange if received back at Skin Health Studio in a saleable condition. Please note we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty.
